Fall of Dollar Monday Due to Budget Deadlock

Investors and Financial Advisors flocked to the safer Yen and Franc, pushing the dollar to its weakest since the middle of August.

Week two of the US Government shutdown has Republicans and Democrats pointing fingers, but not coming to any solutions.  The dollar is suffering.
